How much does house cleaning cost in Austin?

How do I get a quote?
Fill out the quote form with your home size, the service you want and your ZIP code. We'll text or call you back with your price.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can give us a door code or lockbox and come home to a finished house.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Your team brings the supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use a specific product on your floors or stone, leave it out and tell us.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean keeps a home that's already in good shape clean. A deep clean adds the detail work: baseboards, door frames, grout, cabinet fronts, light fixtures and build-up. Compare them room by room.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Yes. They're included in move-out cleans and available as add-ons for deep and standard cleans.
What if I have pets?
No problem. Let us know who's home and whether they should be put away. Shedding pets are a good reason to choose weekly or every-other-week service.
Which areas do you serve?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You can let us in with a door code or lockbox and come home to a finished house. If you'd rather be there, that's fine too.
Can I change my schedule later?
Yes. You can move from biweekly to weekly, pause for a trip, or switch days. Just text us.
What if I need a deeper clean once in a while?
Add a deep clean before guests or after cedar season and go back to your normal visits after.
How long does a deep clean take?
Longer than a standard clean. For a typical 3 bedroom, 2 bath Austin home, plan on most of a morning or afternoon. We confirm the time when we quote.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Yes, as add-ons. Tell us when you ask for a quote and we'll include them.
Is a deep clean required before recurring service?
Most homes need one first so recurring visits can keep the house at that level. If your home was professionally cleaned recently, we may be able to skip it.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, or close to it. We can clean around a few items, but cabinets, closets and floors need to be clear to be cleaned properly.
Do you clean move-ins too?
Yes. A move-in clean before your furniture arrives is the easiest time to get inside every cabinet and closet.
Will this get my deposit back?
A thorough clean removes the most common cleaning charges, but deposits also depend on damage and the lease terms. See our renter checklist for what landlords look at.
